elvarunolv normally processes orders within 2-3 business days. Standard transit is then estimated at 20-45 calendar days after dispatch. Processing and delivery are separate periods. Customs, weather, holidays, carrier congestion, or remote destinations can add time.

Standard shipping is free when the discounted order subtotal is more than US$30. For US$30 or less, the shipping charge is displayed at checkout. elvarunolv covers applicable taxes and import duties for accepted destinations, so customers should not be asked for a separate tax or customs-duty payment at delivery.

When a physical return is required, we provide a prepaid label and charge no restocking fee. After an approved refund is issued, it normally reaches the original payment account within 3-7 business days.

Contact rob_dogge712@outlook.com with the order number. Include photographs of the merchandise and packaging when reporting damage, missing content, or an incorrect item. If a parcel is confirmed or reasonably determined to be lost before delivery, elvarunolv will send a replacement at no additional cost. If replacement is unavailable or applicable law requires it, we will offer a refund instead.
